4. Limitation of Liability - CloudTry, its employees, and associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Service levels and liabilities for AWS offerings are subject to AWS policies.

 

5. Confidentiality - Both parties agree to protect all confidential information exchanged during the provision of services for a minimum period of three years.
